Terms and Condition

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Aion BioWell Clinic. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your Clinical Services, Including Medical Weightloss, Wellness Protocols, Hormones Optimization Therapy,  and membership packages. By Scheduling an Appointment or membership with Aion Biowell Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICES

2.1 Service Descriptions

Aion Biowell Clinic offers a variety of wellness and Integrative health Protocols including but not limited to:

  • Medical Weightloss

  • Wellness Protocols

  • Hormones Optimization Therapy

 

2.2 Service Providers

All services are performed by licensed and certified professionals. Aion BioWell Clinic reserves the right to assign any Medical provider to clients based on availability.

2.3 Customization

While we strive to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific Medical providers or customizations beyond our standard offerings.

3. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

3.1 Scheduling Process

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, our website, or in person. All Schedules are subject to availability.

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments will be confirmed via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct contact information.

3.3 Arrival Time

Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for their service. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at Aion BioWell Clinic discretion, with applicable fees.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Individual Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the Visit price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled Visit.

 

4.2  Clinic’s Right to Cancel

Aion BioWell Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, facility issues, or emergencies. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, and clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing

All prices are as advertised  in our brochure, or at our facility. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept Cash And Major Credit Cards

5.3 Deposits

For Consultations and First Visit, Deposit may be required at the time of Scheduling.  Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

6.1 Membership Types

Aion BioWell Clinic offers various membership packages with different benefits, pricing, and terms. Details of each membership package will be provided upon request or at sign-up.

6.2 Membership Term

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

  • Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6.3 Membership Benefits

Benefits may include but are not limited to:

  • Discounted service rates

  • Priority booking

  • Complimentary services

  • Product discounts

6.4 Membership Cancellation

  • Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

  • Annual memberships cannot be canceled before the end of the 12-month term unless otherwise specified in the membership agreement.

6.5 Membership Transfer

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.



 

8. HEALTH AND SAFETY

8.1 Health Conditions

Clients must inform Aion Biowell Clinic of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment before any treatment is performed. Aion Biowell Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if a client's health condition contradicts treatment.

8.2 Pregnancy

Pregnant clients must inform Aion BioWell Clinic of their pregnancy when booking. Certain services may not be suitable during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester.

8.3 Safety Standards

Aion BioWell Clinic maintains strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations. 

  • We Ensure IV Therapy is administered by licensed healthcare professionals (RN, NP, PA, or physician)

  • Dedicated infusion area with recliners/chairs designed for patient comfort & safety.

  • Sharps disposal containers at every infusion station.

  • Spill kits for hazardous waste handling.

  • Employ single-use sterile supplies (catheters, tubing, saline bags, alcohol swabs, syringes).
     

  • Follow strict hand hygiene protocols.


 

9. PATIENTS CONDUCT

9.1 Respectful Behavior

Patients  are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund.

9.2 Mobile Devices

To maintain a peaceful environment, patients are requested to silence mobile devices during their visit.


 

PRIVACY POLICY

10.1 Personal Information

Aion BioWell Clinic collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Our detailed Privacy Policy is available on our website or upon request.

10.2 Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from Aion BioWell clinic. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Service Outcomes

While Aion BioWell Clinic strives for Patients  satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our protocols.

11.2 Property Damage

Patients will be held responsible for any damage to AionBiowell property caused by their negligence or misconduct.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aion BioWell’s liability for any claim arising from our treatments shall not exceed the amount paid for the Protocols  in question.

12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Aion BioWell Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and at our facility. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
